If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Warranty Policy

All Jwlimar jewelry comes with a 1-year color warranty.

This warranty covers:

Loss or fading of color under normal wear conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents.

Exposure to harsh chemicals.
